Balancing fruit, acid, and oak as Sonoma does best, but reborn in its new form. The new standard in wine, by the glass.
Bursts of green apple on the nose with hints of fresh honeysuckle and tart lemon crème. The palate is full yet bright and balanced with a touch of vanilla and tropical fruit. A restrained yet present amount of oak is well integrated for present enjoyment.
grapes: 100% Chardonnay
taste: Green Apple, Lemon Crème, Honeysuckle
volume: 6.3 oz (187 ml)
AVA: Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast
soil: "Goldridge" soil, a fine, sandy loam only found in RRV and Sonoma
Very neat little bottle of wine, and a good sized pour (even for me). Not usually a chardonnay fan but this one is really good. I bought a mixed pack, but I'll definitely be back for more of this one.
Very crisp fruit flavor with a backend hint of vanilla, which I'm assuming comes from the light touch of oak? Unlike any other Sonoma chard I've had, really really enjoyable. The bottle size makes it just too fun and easy to have one in the evening.
I just ordered some wine from Facebook in my pajamas watching The Bachelor while I was already drinking wine! Wine-ception, lol. Y'all keep bringing these storms and I'll stay orderin' wine to the front door lawd lol
That's right, this is my purse wine, and I freaking love it. Classy and delicious. I love this one, are you going to do different whites too though?
...chardonnay. Bought it first for the bottle. It's very cute. Will buy again for the wine. Loved it.
