Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont.

Is an adult signature required at delivery?

Yes. Since it is an alcohol, an adult signature is required at delivery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes.

Can I pick up a delivery due to the adult signature requirement?

Absolutely! We ship via FedEx, so you can ship to any FedEx locations and pickup at your own convenience. You can look up the closest location on the FedEx website here

How do I place an order?

Ordering STANDARD wines is simple. Select red or white, and then add to cart. You’ll need to create an account to checkout. Re-order at your convenience (your account info is saved). We're available anytime.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Do I have to order 6 bottles of each wine?

Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles. 6-packs ensure the best possible shipping cost - $10 for 6 bottles, and free for any orders of more. Plus, who doesn’t want more wine?

Can I try your wines first before I buy?

We partner regularly with best-in-class brands for pop-up retail opportunities. Follow our Instagram for more info on brand partnerships and upcoming events.

My shipment was damaged. What now?

Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at hello@standardwines.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement product free of charge.

What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

Our bottles are made of high-quality glass and are fully recyclable.
